The second stop of the year of the International Wine Traders tour will be in Helsinki, Finland.
On May 28th International Wine Traders will take place in Helsinki with scheduled meeting agendas.
At Crown Plaza Hotel in Helsinki, Italian wineries could meet buyers from Sweden, Finland and Baltic Region and introduce theirself and their philosophy.
International Wine Traders is an Iron 3 format in cooperation with World Wine Centre, web community and market place where producers, importers, buyers, wholesales, distributors and agents can meet, communicate and cooperate in real time.
Finland and bordering Countries really appreciate and already import italian food & wine products. The recent report “The Future of the Wine Market in Finland to 2016” edited from Canadean – Wine & Spirits, say that from 2011 to 2016 wine consumption in Finland will increase of 7,2% respect 2005-2010 period.
The first part of the day will be organize as traditional IWT format with a scheduled meeting agenda.
In the second part of the day, different buyers, media and selected privete customers could attend at the Event.
B2B meeting agenda will be schedule based on wineries portfolio and buyers request. Everybody will recive their private agenda before the Event.
International Wine Traders aim to steady and create new markets for the Italian wineries.
Operating methods:
From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. B2B business meeting will take place based on scheduled calendar meeting. Will be lunch break with light buffet for wineries and importers.
The 20' meeting will be scheduled based on wineries portfolio and buyers request. During the tasting our staff will be available all the time.
In the second part of the day (from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.) pre-registered buyers, media, selected private wine lovers and wine collectors could attend at the Event.
